Fort Romeau is a producer with over 13 years of experience writing and recording electronic music for labels such as Ghostly International, Cocoon, Running Back, Live at Robert Johnson as well as remixing a wide variety of artists on both Major and independent labels, racking up tens of millions of streams across his catalog. He has contributed to key DJ mix series such as Resident Advisor Podcast and BBC Radio One Essential Mix and has toured the world playing major clubs and festivals. In addition to his dance music focused solo work he was also the musical director for Grammy award winning, Platinum selling artist “La Roux” during their breakout debut album and subsequent world tours. More recently he released a psychedelic indie, pop and krautrock inspired album with his band “C.Y.M.” alongside his band mate Chris Baio (Vampire Weekend) and oversaw creative and musical direction of the bands recent performance on Jimmy Kimmel live.
