Benedek

About

Benedek fuses acid washed boogie funk, classic house, electro and Latin freestyle while venturing into experimental ambient and fusion territory to create a hybrid style all his own that could only come from his hometown of Los Angeles. Armed with an arsenal of synthesizers, rhythm machines, electric guitar and stacks of wax he has 10+ years under his belt performing his unique live set and DJing worldwide. Benedek has released music on acclaimed underground labels such as L.I.E.S., PPU, Apron, Music From Memory, Leaving Records and more and continues to forge his own path in dance music and beyond. On the Echio platform, he hopes to help people with his expertise in Ableton Live, synthesizer programming, hardware and MIDI interfacing solutions, guitar, and DJing.

Frequently asked questions

Music feedback

Benedek records a private video breaking down your track — mix, arrangement, sound design, or whatever you ask them to focus on. It lands in your inbox and you can watch it whenever you want, as many times as you like.
Early sketches are often the most valuable to get feedback on, before you get lost in too many iterations — but finished tracks work too if you want a second opinion or to get on the artist’s radar.
MP3 or WAV, any length. Add a note and links when you upload so Benedek knows exactly what to focus on.
Most feedback arrives within a few days. If Benedek hasn’t responded within 7 days, you’re automatically refunded.
You can swap the track as long as Benedek hasn’t listened yet. After that you can cancel the request for a refund and start a new one.
Yes. Once your feedback is delivered, you’ll find a private message option on your request page. Use it to ask the artist a follow-up question or get clarification on something they mentioned in the video.
