Woah, thanks Jex! This feedback really means a lot. I would more than gladly accept your proposal, I'm managing to finish tracks a bit faster now. Will let you know as soon as I have something :) I think the main vocal part is pretty catchy, I like how it's rhythmically delivered. So I would maybe replace it with a midi pattern (eg. with the synth stab) or something similar. I'll try it out !

haha you're the man Jex - congrats on the new arrival - so cute! Im sure you have your hands full now proper!! I'm sure you will return to the touring at some stage buddy! I have 2 little ones myself - so im only able to get to the studio during working hours believe it or not haha!! Legend for the feedback - I used Rob Papen Blue 111 vst for this bass - its a beauty of a synth for all types of bass and those kind of float arpy sounds, be right up your street!! I will definitely send over more tracks buddy - cos i only get to produce while i work i dont turnaround many tracks in quicky but when I do Il share :) would be epic to release something with you again at some stage! I am a resident in belfast thompsons garage so hopefully will get dropping some of these beauties over the summer!! will keep in touch man - good luck with the dipers :)

Thank you so much for the feedback! Only just listening to it now as I've had a hiatus away from the gym. I totally get what you mean after reflecting on the track and will be adding additional layers into it as suggested. That could help to elevate the track as it is meant to be a club night track. Thanks again and I will resubmit in the future :)

Hello Jex, First of all, thank you so much for paying attention to details of the tracks, and glad that part of my "purpose" has been kind of reached ahah Well noted regarding all that is relative to bass line, bass effects etc. that is very something I need to improve as it may be something often avoided by beginners ; I will work on it very soon So again, thanks for your time, I follow you on IG and I know you are pretty busy doing great sets. Thanks Jex, I'm glad you enjoy it as you're a major influence. Watched you in Syd a few weeks ago too - ICONIC. The soft synth sound is created by putting a randomiser (tremolo plugin) on a DX7 emulator soft synth preset & then chorus, flange, delay ect on top! When we get our Soundcloud/Bandcamp up & running I'll send you some of my other demos. All quite similar to 'Alice Coltrane". Would be really cool to be considered for the Echio pick of the month too. Keep in touch, Yanni :)

Hey Jex - what a fucking legend stoked you liked my tracks sir and cheers for the epic feedback, I have made some updates on your recommendations with an 808 clap, a break topper and a glitchy layer. Also added some sie Q on the drum bus and some pultec across some of the percussion to hopefully give it that sizzle as you say! - hopefully this is a step closer to becoming a grade A banger. can you give me 30% discount again to resend you what I have update?

About Bitwig: it's a DAW made by former Ableton programmers. It's much more stable, there's no latency, it's a module and sound design heaven and much more... Glad i sent the track though again for some final feedback from you Jex... it's given me the confidence to now move forwards and shop it around to labels -or release it myself on Bandcamp. I spotted that Echio are now doing compilations which is such a great idea. I'd be really interested in featuring the track on the next comp if You/Echio would like it? I was a little afraid to use a small chords progression during the track, so I can keep it dance floor oriented, but yes, I I will figure it out, play a little with some chords there. Absolutely on the money man... a chorus is exactly what it needs, one of my friends is a backup singer with Technotronic so i'll get in touch with her to smash out that hip-hose-diva style vocal addition ...altho i was sorely tempted to pop yours in there ! :) i'll get a shorter snappier version boxed off asap and send it through. Hey jex, haha okay. didn't expect such good feedback. Thank you! I'm very happy to hear that. :) Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to play the track in a club yet. I'll definitely send it to you when I release it on my bandcamp page. A lot of the sounds are samples like the stabs, which are pitched down reggae chords. And the organ sound is from the Arturia SQ80 vst . I would like to have the original synth, but it's too expensive for me... But this will definitely become one of my favorite synths :)
