Hoshina Anniversary is a Tokyo-based artist crafting falsetto-led, bass-driven compositions that fuse ambient, art rock, and electronic textures. His music echoes the introspective weight of Robert Wyatt and the cinematic restraint of Thom Yorke, often unfolding in spacious, emotionally charged arrangements. Between 2019 and 2023, he explored a unique fusion of Japanese traditional instruments and electronic sound—releasing a series of “Watechno” works that drew attention from global fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and PRADA.
