Receiving feedback from Dauwd was such an exciting and rewarding experience. As an artist I deeply admire, hearing his thoughts on my track meant so much to me. I was especially happy to hear him say, “I’m not really sure what to suggest for you, but I’m sure you’ll find something—it’s a really well-made track.” Coming from someone of his calibre, this validation was incredibly reassuring, especially when thinking about sending the track to record labels. His suggestions, like adjusting the mids on the pads and softening the distortion on the drums, were practical and insightful. They helped me see how small refinements can elevate the track even further while maintaining its essence. I also appreciated his encouragement to add more surprises in the arrangement, which has inspired me to think more creatively about keeping the listener engaged.
