Andrei Rusu is a Romanian artist who has been involved with electronic music production, "dj-ing" and live performing since 1998 as part of the duo "Khidja", releasing much acclaimed records on labels such as Hivern Discs, DFA, Malka Tuti and Correspondant as well as countless remixes. He's a passionate digger for records, DIY and experimental music and has a curious mind for incorporating the aesthetics of production techniques from the last decades into new forms. Based in Berlin, his studio is filled with old and new synthesizers, samplers and vintage machines, well integrated in a digital environment. His music is adventurous and unconventional.
