Thanks for the feedback! Concise and to the point and I couldn't disagree with your suggestions/criticisms. I've worked on the track since taking your feedback and I believe it's in a much better condition now, thanks again!
Hi Ezel, thanks for this really helpfull feedback!
I'm very happy you like the track also.
Very motivating to work further on this.
I'll send you a new version when finished.
Many greetings from Antwerp, B

It goes without saying that Fred Everything is one of the foremost producers in deep house today.
His insightful and well-balanced feedback was not only invaluable in improving the quality of my track, but also genuinely uplifting on a personal level. Thank you, Fred — your words made a real difference.
Thank you for your prompt and detailed reply and feedback. Really appreciate your time and attention. Super helpful and also confirmed things I had in mind too. Def great hearing that you liked the track overall, and that it got stuck in your head ;)
Encore merci, salut !

Thanks for the constructive critique Mr.Fred.I had second a second guess about the arpeggiated synth melody your ear is greatly appreciated for the tasteful suggestions.I started making boom bap style hip hop music so the lo-fi comments lets me know I’m in the ball park I’d like to be in, enjoy your night/day!
Let me start by thanking you for your time.
I'm very encouraged by your comments about the mix, that stuff does occupy too much space in my head! The Hed Kandi comment is spot on, there's no denying that influence, I think I'd eventually like to keep that vibe but toughen it up a little in some way.
Your comments about the song are absolutely why I sent this particular track to you on here. Proper old school "record producer" input. I totally agree, it doesn't know where it wants to be .. i guess the initial thought was "you make me cry BUT it feels so good" but the balance has been lost there, or the BUT has been lost. I agree it does need a rework to better focus the sentiment. Loved your comment about making the chorus more obvious, even if there isn't an obvious chorus there ... i'll always keep that in mind, along with your other feedback.
I've had some supportive feedback from Ralph Session in the past (when he was on twitch with Funk d'void over in Barcelona) and was really nice to see him show up on razor-n-tape .. he's really banging out the tunes these days - razor, nervous, his boot tapes tracks ... fuck yeah.
I will send a new version of this for your input .. but it will take some time I fear ... the singer has gone astray, will need to find another I think.
Loving "The World" from last month - for me it's got a bit of the old FK EP vibes in parts, but with a song on top. Hopefully you will be over in the UK at some point - with something live or spinning - i'll definitely be on the look out. Thanks!
(my soundcloud, ig, bandcamp etc are all @eithafol )
Hey, sorry I'm late giving feedback. Thanks you so much for this, i definitely have to keep my musicality in check when i'm trying to make house, i struggle with keeping it simple but interesting. I'm working on a new mix and arrangment following your advice, this track is a couple of years old so i'm having to re-work some stuff due to out of date plugin versions . My name isn't eithafol it's just what I use on all my socials (ig & soundlcoud, spotify basically). My real name is that pronouncable either ... Bedwyr. The drums were already going through a tape sim, I'm working on a different buss arrangment for this mix, grouped the kick and bas separately, rest of the drums still going to the drum buss. I'm also applying some of the knowledge i've gained over the last couple of years. I agree with the overuse of the sample, in fact i'm working on the whole arrangment without the sample to make sure i works without it, then i'll bring some of it back in, hopefully tastefully! I'll probably send another track for your opinion after i've finished wokring on this one. Thanks again.
Once again thank you for the professional response!Im open to everything that can be objectively honed in and I’m flattered to hear the arrangement is fine. The mix down tips are greatly appreciated I had a feeling that the low mids had too much going on.I will be revising that soon, and get you an updated cleaner version. Thanks for helping me develop my craft in a positive direction, cheers to you and your awesome work Fred 🫡
Thank you very much for taking your time to give professional feedback Fred!I will revisit the track with your considerations in mind, as well as future sessions I get into. This won’t be the last time I will be submitting on here, I appreciate this very much
Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely revisit and make some changes as per your comments. Very helpful for future tracks too. This has been the first track I managed to somewhat finish in a long time so need to try and keep momentum. I'm in the process of changing the vocal hook to something with more longevity, I agree the pitched down thing is done already. Thanks so much.

Frequently asked questions
Music feedback
The artist records a private video breaking down your track — mix, arrangement, sound design, or whatever you ask them to focus on. It lands in your inbox and you can watch it whenever you want, as many times as you like.
Early sketches are often the most valuable to get feedback on, before you get lost in too many iterations — but finished tracks work too if you want a second opinion or to get on the artist’s radar.
MP3 or WAV, any length. Add a note and links when you upload so the artist knows exactly what to focus on.
Most feedback arrives within a few days. If the artist hasn’t responded within 7 days, you’re automatically refunded.
You can swap the track as long as the artist hasn’t listened yet. After that you can cancel the request for a refund and start a new one.
Yes — you send a private message on the feedback page and the artist will get your comment.
