About

Stéphane Dri aka Scan X is a French composer, musician, remixer and sound engineer of electronic music. He is one of the pioneers of the French techno scene. His career began with the release of 2 EPs on the famous label Fnac Music Dance Division and then on the now mythical F communications label (3 albums, 11 Eps...). He also released on label like Skryptöm, Systematic, Herzblut, Harthouse... He has been sound engineering famous artists like Laurent garnier, Abd Al Malik, The Limiñanas... Scan X was one of the first French electronic musicians to performed on stage with machines and since then he did nearly 2000 gigs at major festivals (Time Warp, Sonar, I Love Techno, Roskilde, Transmusicales,...) and clubs (Berghain, Fuse, Rex Club, Fabric...) in nearly 40 countries... His performances have been acclaimed since his beginnings, and he has been elected «Best International Techno Live» many times. Since 2018, he's been running the Cod3 QR label, with Laurent Garnier.

Music feedback

Scan X records a private video breaking down your track — mix, arrangement, sound design, or whatever you ask them to focus on. It lands in your inbox and you can watch it whenever you want, as many times as you like.
Early sketches are often the most valuable to get feedback on, before you get lost in too many iterations — but finished tracks work too if you want a second opinion or to get on the artist’s radar.
MP3 or WAV, any length. Add a note and links when you upload so Scan X knows exactly what to focus on.
Most feedback arrives within a few days. If Scan X hasn’t responded within 7 days, you’re automatically refunded.
You can swap the track as long as Scan X hasn’t listened yet. After that you can cancel the request for a refund and start a new one.
Yes. Once your feedback is delivered, you’ll find a private message option on your request page. Use it to ask the artist a follow-up question or get clarification on something they mentioned in the video.

Book a live video call with Scan X. At the scheduled time you join the call, talk through your music, share your screen, and get personalized advice in real time.
Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes — you pick the length that fits when you book.
It’s optional. You can add your track, files, DAW and a note when you book, or anytime before the call — and edit it right up to the session so the artist can prepare.
Yes. You can reschedule for free anytime before the session. Scan X can also propose a new time, which you’re free to accept or decline. If Scan X doesn’t show up, you can reschedule or get a full refund.
