Awesome feedback man, really appreciate everything you had to say. Especially helpful bits were offering two suggestions for how to proceed with mixing the bass: following more of an industry standard or keeping it more vinyl, dusty sounding as it is now; suggesting great labels to submit to; great suggestions for how to proceed with the second drop; creating tension in the buildup; and just general encouragement about the track. I can't tell you how far this kind of feedback goes for me, so I appreciate it a ton.

amazing feedback Chris, I loved it. Loved the advice on ducking some snare frequencies to open up some space, i've been playing with that already and can hear a difference. I love that you gave me some recommendations on artists to look into and labels to check out for the sound i mentioned and how this would play to a UK crowd vs a US crowd (tbh having any crowd hear it would be nice! haha.) Also yes! the whole 24 bar is such a good point as far as DJing goes. Absolutely amazing feedback. I thoroughly appreciate hearing a legend like yourself say they even dig the track. I guess I could have clarified a little bit that this will definitely just be a dubstep track but it's just a long ways way away from the house type stuff I used to make, so I'm not necessarily trying to turn this PARTICULAR track into something more "garagey" - but that's on me i could have been more clear on that. Amazing advice and I'll definitely be asking for more feedback in the future on new stuff because I do have some tracks with that more garage swing feel 130ish bpm stuff i'm waiting for some original vocals back on and not splice samples. So i'll definitely be sending those your way. That's awesome you remember meeting in Boulder, yeah you were on the corner outside my apartment and I was on the patio and was like hey its Plastician lol - and you even gave me some guest list spots for some of my friends. Great human you are. Thanks man. Seeing Sammy virji on saturday in Denver (where i live now.) I'm excited!
