• What is music feedback?

  Hiver records a private video breaking down your track — mix, arrangement, sound design, or whatever you ask them to focus on. It lands in your inbox and you can watch it whenever you want, as many times as you like.

• Can I send a rough demo or should it be finished?

  Early sketches are often the most valuable to get feedback on, before you get lost in too many iterations — but finished tracks work too if you want a second opinion or to get on the artist’s radar.

• What format should my track be, and how do I brief the artist?

  MP3, WAV or AIF, any length. Add a note and links when you upload so Hiver knows exactly what to focus on.

• How long does feedback take?

  Most feedback arrives within a few days. If Hiver hasn’t responded within 7 days, you’re automatically refunded.

• I sent the wrong track — can I change it?

  You can swap the track as long as Hiver hasn’t listened yet. After that you can cancel the request for a refund and start a new one.

• Can I reply after I get feedback?

  Yes. Once your feedback is delivered, you’ll find a private message option on your request page. Use it to ask the artist a follow-up question or get clarification on something they mentioned in the video.
