François X is a Paris-based DJ, producer and founder of XX LAB, widely recognized as a defining figure of the European techno landscape. Emerging through DJ Deep’s Deeply Rooted, he rose with his residency at Concrete, where his long-form sets shaped a generation’s approach to groove, tension and physicality. His sound has since reached institutions such as Berghain, Fabric, Awakenings, Pitch Festival... As a producer, he has built a strong and consistent body of work, from his acclaimed album Irregular Passion to releases on Dement3d and MDR, and more recent projects on XX LAB including Digital Fever, Straight Edge Society and The Skin Between Us. His music bridges the Black American roots of electronic music with a European sense of structure and restraint. Through XX LAB, conceived as a fictional techno corporation, he extends his practice beyond music into image, objects and narrative, positioning himself as a singular and enduring voice in contemporary techno.

    Merci François X pour tes conseils, j'ai essayé de faire tout ce que tu m'as dit : j'ai raccourci la track, j'ai fait venir les claps moins souvent et j'ai enlevé le medium haut et reduit le decay. J 'ai aussi filter le rumble avec decapitator et autofilter. J'ai essayé d'être plus progressif dans la structure, mais je trouve que ça reste pas mal répetitif, je ne sais pas ce que tu en penses... J'ai aussi rajouté une partie rythmique au milieu, et j'ai rajouté des sfx, quelques percs et doublement de kick. J'espere que je ne me suis pas trop éloigné de ce que tu m'avais conseillé.
