Hi Joris - Thank you for the video feedback! I've never really played around with distortion before so I'll experiment with that and really appreciate the Moog bass idea you gave, basslines I've always struggled with and the raw aggressive sound example you gave really did fit. Overall I probably need to be more expressive and capture the rawness of my hardware, but also keep an eye on the timing like you said. All point made sense. Lots to take away and learn from which was the main thing for me. Thanks again. Alex

Hello Joris! So I've been nominated and confirmed. Huge thanks for the support and for believing in the track. I just sent to Echio Team the corrected version with your suggestions applied: 1) I made the percussions less dry, with more room 2) Applied non-obvious echoes and effects and to the vocal 3) Corrected bass-kick relation. I believe now it is more clear, kick is more punchy, doesn't clush with the bass. 4) Made the break more interesting with some effects, bass automation where it dissappears for a while and gives tiny bit more impact to the drop 5) Focused more on mixdown to enforce what was too quiet and made more subtle some hats or details that were to exposed I didn't want to ruin what was already there so I strongly believe the amount of corrections is just on point and follows your guidances. I am uploading it here for the reference with a private master and I sent to ECHIO the premastered version as well so they can do it themselves and include in the complication. I also sent a video quiz they asked me to record where I say a few words about the feedback from you. Once again, maaany thanks and greeting from Warsaw:) KUAK

Not easy but good to try things that aren't easy :) Not quite sure what you meant about the cords and bass if it was an eq or tuning issue. Juno 60 and a 101 so very possible if one is out of tune.
