Frequently asked questions

• How does an Echio gift card work?

  You choose an amount and we email a card to whoever it is for, with a code on it. They add the code to their Echio account and it becomes tokens they can spend on any artist.

• How do they redeem it?

  They open the link in the email, or go to echio.co/redeem, and enter the code. The tokens land in their balance straight away.

• Do they need an Echio account?

  Not to receive one. They create an account when they redeem — it is free, takes a minute, and no credit card is needed.

• What can they spend it on?

  Anything on Echio: music feedback, a 1-on-1 video call, a course, a live session. Even when the card features a particular artist, the tokens are not tied to them — the recipient picks whoever they want.

• Do gift cards expire?

  No. The code has no deadline, and once redeemed the tokens stay on the account for as long as they like.

• Can I change the send date after paying?

  No. The send date is fixed once the payment goes through, so choose it carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us at contact@echio.co.

• Do I need an account to buy one?

  No. You can buy a gift card without signing in — we only need an email address to send you the receipt and a copy of the code.
