Welsh-Greek artist Rhyw has been perfecting his “twisted mutant techno” releasing on Voam, Avian, Modeselektor’s SSPB, and Fever AM, the label he runs with Mor Elian. He cemented his reputation with 2022’s Honey Badger, hailed as “techno at its anthemic, mutant best,” a precise but psychedelic, expansive and immersive sound that has graced dancefloors worldwide including key festivals like Draaimolen, Mutek, Primavera, Houghton.

My 1-1 sessions focus on creative direction - finding your sound and identity as an artist, and working out how to get there. I believe the idea always comes first. Mixing and technical skill matter, but they're there to serve the idea, not replace it. We can also dig into arrangement and mixing, specific track feedback or talk through general direction and aims. The goal: you leave with a clearer sense of what you're doing and how to keep developing it.

1 Pick an artist Browse our roster to choose an artist you'd love to send your music to.
2 Upload your music Upload your track(s) and tell the artist why you're sending this demo to get the most helpful feedback.
3 Get feedback Receive private video feedback from the artist within a few days. You’ll get an automatic refund if an artist doesn’t answer.

Music feedback

Rhyw records a private video breaking down your track — mix, arrangement, sound design, or whatever you ask them to focus on. It lands in your inbox and you can watch it whenever you want, as many times as you like.
Early sketches are often the most valuable to get feedback on, before you get lost in too many iterations — but finished tracks work too if you want a second opinion or to get on the artist’s radar.
MP3 or WAV, any length. Add a note and links when you upload so Rhyw knows exactly what to focus on.
Most feedback arrives within a few days. If Rhyw hasn’t responded within 7 days, you’re automatically refunded.
You can swap the track as long as Rhyw hasn’t listened yet. After that you can cancel the request for a refund and start a new one.
Yes — you send a private message on the feedback page and Rhyw will get your comment.

Book a live video call with Rhyw. At the scheduled time you join the call, talk through your music, share your screen, and get personalized advice in real time.
Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes — you pick the length that fits when you book.
It’s optional. You can add your track, files, DAW and a note when you book, or anytime before the call — and edit it right up to the session so the artist can prepare.
Yes. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the session. Rhyw can also propose a new time, which you’re free to accept or decline.
