Emerald is a self-taught DJ and broadcaster from LDN, since her debut on Rinse FM in 2014, Emerald’s journey through the airwaves saw her hosting a daily Drive time broadcast, a specialist radio show and heading up Rinse FM’s flagship Friday night show, The Dance Show. The show received acclaim from inside and outside, with peers and listeners alike praising its direction. Her time on radio further cemented her reputation as a respected tastemaker and a beloved broadcaster. 2025 marks a new chapter for Emerald as a producer and label boss while maintaining her solid reputation as a tastemaker and broadcaster. Following the success of her debut EP on DJ Haus’ label UTTU, Emerald is working on new productions for release on her own label. Her distinctive, experimental sound draws from a passion for techno, electro, house, acid, ghetto tech, and key waves of UK dance music culture, highlighting her commitment to pushing boundaries as she evolves her artistry.
