Chang Rodrigues is a Brazilian artist based in Berlin, active in the electronic music scene since 2009. She began her career as Amanda Chang before evolving her artistic identity into Chang Rodrigues, a name that reflects her personal and creative transformation. Holding a Master’s degree in Music, she explores modular synthesis, drum machines, and analog gear — treating sound as a living organism. Her work moves fluidly between house and techno sets in clubs and site-specific performances in museums, ruins, and sound installations, often presented in immersive 5.1 surround sound. She studied synthesis with Ernesto Romeo at La Siesta del Fauno in Buenos Aires and leads ACR Records, a platform for bold sonic experimentation. Her performances have been featured by FACT Magazine (with her project Ruínas) and in festivals such as Novas Frequências, Inhotim, and Modular Society Berlin. She also leads workshops at ADE and on Echio, focusing on live performance and creative processes.
