"I love what the RX950 does to sounds. It gives more texture to sounds, especially the samples I record myself and It’s great for adding a bit of grit and organic sounding digital dirt. Just tweaking the audio bandwidth knob opens up and brightens sounds up without losing their original feel and the filter is my absolute favourite to use. It sounds so warm and natural, I automate it on almost every channel to either add movement or to smooth in and out the elements during transitions. "

Logic Pro Alchemy

"Alchemy is one of those plug-ins I keep coming back to. It’s a beautifully sounding, incredibly powerful and versatile Logic Pro built-in instrument which I also use as a sampler; I’ve been using it for years and it blows my mind every single time. To be a factory plug-in, its capabilities especially with granular and spectral synthesis are just incredible and I love how wide and diverse its presets library is."

Universal Audio Topline Vocal Suite

"This is one of my favourite plugins for processing vocals, because it combines such a nice range of tools to personalise and make them stand out in original ways. I also love using its features on all types of sounds, to correct their pitch or just make them sound extra weird and otherworldly. I often use it on samples before dragging them into the Alchemy sampler as it often creates beautiful artefacts that feel very unique."

"Happy accidents are incredibly important in my practice, and this synth is really the queen of happy accidents. It creates such deeply chromatic drone textures, as well as absolutely crazy harmonic patterns and arpeggios. This synth has been a real asset in the recording of my debut album Panta Rei. However, it has a mind of its own, it’s practically impossible to recreate the same exact patches — which make it such a magical instrument — so you always have to make sure you’re recording when playing around with it. I love composing through improvisation, so I love how unruly and anarchic it is as a synthesiser."

Novation peak

"The Novation Peak is the latest hardware addition to my studio, and I’m really enjoying having it in my setup. It’s a very straightforward synth to explore and use. The sound banks are great and so varied, but I love creating my own presets and patches too. The built-in effects are really useful when you’re in the zone and want to add something extra in an intuitive way, without having to reach for external fx plugins."
